    • 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
    • 4 shiso leaves

    • 1 tbsp sake

    • 2 plums, pitted and mashed
    • 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
    • 2 tsp sesame oil

Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Place the pork in a microwave-safe container, season with salt, pepper, and sake, and massage the seasoning into the meat. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Roll the shiso leaves and slice them thinly. Remove the pits from the plums and mash them with a knife.
