- 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Garnish

STEPS
Cut off the stems of the eggplants and slice them thinly lengthwise.
Cut the pork slices in half.
In a bowl, mix ponzu soy sauce and sesame oil.
In a microwave-safe dish, layer the eggplant and pork alternately in a mille-feuille style. Sprinkle sake over the layers, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 6 minutes.
Cut the cooked dish into four portions, drizzle the ponzu mixture over it, and garnish with chopped green onions.
