INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 7 eggs
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, finely chopped
- đź§… 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 4 stalks green onion, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp tuna sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- đź§‚ 1/4 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Liquid
- đź’§ 200 ml water
STEPS
Finely chop the carrot and onion.
Thinly slice the green onions.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Add cooking wine, tuna sauce, and salt to the eggs and mix well.
Add water to the egg mixture and mix again.
Strain the egg mixture through a sieve.
Grease the steaming container with oil.
Pour the egg mixture into the container.
Add the chopped vegetables and sesame seeds on top.
Steam in a steamer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Let the custard cool slightly before slicing and serving.
