    • 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
    • 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms

    • 1 tsp sake

  • Sauce

    • đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 piece ginger, minced
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • A pinch of chicken stock powder
    • 2 tsp sesame oil

STEPS

Cut off the root of enoki mushrooms and halve their length.

Slice the green onion thinly at an angle. Mince ginger and garlic.

Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to make the addictive sauce.

Place chicken in a large microwave-safe container, sprinkle with salt and sake, and rub well.

Top the chicken with enoki mushrooms and green onion, then pour the sauce over.
