    • 1 tbsp sake

    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame

Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders and slice them diagonally into 1 cm pieces. Slice the Welsh onions diagonally into 1 cm pieces.

Place the chicken and the white parts of the Welsh onions in a microwave-safe container. Sprinkle with sake and salt, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes.

Add the green parts of the Welsh onions on top, cover loosely again, and microwave at 600W for an additional 1 minute.

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (vinegar, sugar, miso, sesame). Add the cooked chicken and Welsh onions, toss to combine, and serve. Optionally, sprinkle extra sesame seeds on top.
