INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
Meat
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the savory sauce. Cut garlic chives into 3cm pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch bean sprouts and garlic chives for about 30 seconds. Drain and cool in cold water, then squeeze out excess water.
Remove tendons from chicken tenders, place them in a microwave-safe container, add sake and salt, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes. Let cool and shred by hand.
Combine bean sprouts, garlic chives, shredded chicken, and sauce in the bowl. Mix well and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
