STEPS
Crack the eggs into a heat-resistant bowl, add salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and mix well.
Add the shredded cabbage and gently combine everything evenly.
Bring water to a boil in a steamer or deep pot, place the heat-resistant bowl inside, and cover with a lid. Steam over low heat for about 10 minutes.
