INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Sprinkle salt on the pork belly and cut into 4cm wide pieces.
In a microwave-safe container, layer half of the bean sprouts and half of the pork belly slices without overlapping. Repeat for the second layer. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes until the pork is cooked. Stir gently after microwaving.
Serve on a plate, drizzle with ponzu sauce and sesame oil, and garnish with chopped green onion.
