INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 200g skinless chicken breast
- 100g bok choy
- 100g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
Sauce
- đź§‚ 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white sesame paste
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
STEPS
Cut chicken breast to even thickness, pierce with a fork, rub sugar and salt, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Separate bok choy into quarters by cutting at the root.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Place bean sprouts on a tray with a mesh, then place chicken on top.
Add water to the pot to the indicated level, bring to a boil, set the tray, and cover. Steam for 5–7 minutes over medium heat.
Arrange bok choy around the chicken, cover, and steam for 1 minute. Turn off heat and let chicken cool before shredding by hand.
Plate the shredded chicken and bok choy, then pour the sauce over.
