INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦑 200g frozen squid
Vegetables
- 🥦 4 stalks asparagus
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tsp yuzu kosho
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 50ml pasta water
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Peel the bottom third of the asparagus and cut diagonally. Slice king oyster mushrooms lengthwise and cut diagonally.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add squid, asparagus, and king oyster mushrooms, and stir-fry.
Once the squid is cooked, add spaghetti and the seasoning ingredients (yuzu kosho, soy sauce, pasta water, salt, and pepper). Stir-fry until well combined.
