    • 🍝 160g spaghetti (1.6mm)
  • Seafood

    • 🦑 100g frozen squid rings
  • Vegetables

    • đź§… 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
    • 🍅 1 can diced tomatoes (400g)
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • Basil to taste
  • Broth

    • đź’§ 600ml water
    • 🍬 2 tsp sugar
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp consomme powder

Slice the onion thinly.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the squid until its color changes, then remove.

In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add diced tomatoes and simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Add water, sugar, salt, and consomme to the pan. Bring to a boil, then add spaghetti (broken in half). Cover and simmer for 1 minute less than package instructions.

Uncover, stir, and return the squid to the pan. Add pepper and heat for 1 minute. Garnish with basil as desired.
