    • 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes

Dice the potato into bite-sized pieces, soak in water for 10 minutes, and drain. Microwave the potato in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap at 600W for 4 minutes, then drain thoroughly. Mince the garlic.

Heat garlic, chili, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant. Add the squid slices.

Once the squid changes color, add the potato and simmer over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add cherry tomatoes and heat until boiling again.
