    • 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sake

Clean the squid by removing the innards, cartilage, and skin. Separate the tentacles and cut into smaller pieces. Marinate with sake.

Cut broccoli into small florets and boil for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat butter and minced garlic in a pan over medium heat. Add the squid innards and lightly sauté.

Add the marinated squid pieces and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until lightly cooked.

Add the boiled broccoli and stir-fry briefly. Pour soy sauce around the edge of the pan and mix well.
