INGREDIENTS

  • Rice

    • 🍚 1050g cooked rice
    • 6 tbsp sushi vinegar
  • Seafood

    • 🐟 60g tuna sashimi
    • 🐟 60g salmon sashimi
    • 🍤 50g boiled shrimp
    • 50g scallop sashimi
    • 40g salmon roe
  • Vegetables

    • 50g snap peas
    • 50g minced pickled ginger
  • Toppings

    • 🥚 40g shredded egg
    • to taste sakura denbu

STEPS

Prepare snap peas by removing stems and strings. Boil them in salted water for 10 seconds, then cool in water and drain. Slice diagonally.

Cut tuna and salmon into 1cm cubes.

Mix cooked rice with sushi vinegar and minced pickled ginger. Cool the sushi rice. Place it in a mold lined with plastic wrap, then invert onto a serving plate.

Decorate the sushi rice with shredded egg, boiled shrimp, scallop, tuna, salmon, salmon roe, snap peas, and sakura denbu.
