INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 70g spring cabbage
- 35g red paprika
Noodles
- 100g shirataki noodles
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of pepper
Soup Base
- đź’§ 200cc water
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
STEPS
Prepare the spring cabbage by chopping it into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the red paprika into thin strips.
Rinse the shirataki noodles and drain them well.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the cabbage and paprika for 2 minutes.
Add the shirataki noodles to the pot and stir well.
Pour in the water and add chicken stock powder and salt. Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes and season with pepper before serving.
