INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 20g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 2 leaves (70g) spring cabbage
- 1/3 bunch (60g) nanohana
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 ladle pasta cooking water
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Halve nanohana and crush garlic with a knife.
Boil a pot of water and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Add cabbage and nanohana 1 minute before the spaghetti finishes cooking. Drain well.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add spaghetti, shirasu, and seasonings. Stir-fry over medium heat until well combined.
