INGREDIENTS
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head spring cabbage (250g), chopped
Seafood
- 🦐 1 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Cut the spring cabbage into 4cm squares.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the beaten eggs and stir gently with chopsticks until semi-cooked. Remove the eggs from the pan.
In the same pan, add mayonnaise and heat. Add the spring cabbage and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the oil coats the cabbage evenly.
Return the eggs to the pan. Add dried sakura shrimp, sugar, and salt, then stir-fry briefly to combine.
