    • 🐟 1 can tuna (70g)
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Drain the tuna can. Boil water in a pot, add spinach stems first, and cook until tender. Remove spinach from the pot.

Rinse the spinach in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Place eggs in a pot, boil for 10 minutes over medium heat, then cool in cold water.

Cut the squeezed spinach into 4cm pieces. Peel the boiled eggs and chop them roughly.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (☆), tuna, chopped spinach, and chopped eggs.
