INGREDIENTS

Condiments
- 2-3 drops vinegar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp vinegar

- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp plum extract
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Trim and wash the spinach thoroughly.
Boil water in a pot, add 2-3 drops of vinegar, and blanch the spinach for 20-30 seconds.
Rinse the blanched spinach in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, vinegar, sugar, garlic, plum extract, corn syrup, sesame oil, sesame seeds) in a bowl.
Combine the spinach with the seasoning and mix well.
