Vegetables
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and garlic, cooking until spinach is thawed and excess liquid evaporates.
