INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 120g spinach
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- đź’§ 400ml water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Slice the garlic thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add spinach, and blanch for 1 minute. Drain and cut into 3cm pieces.
Soak dried wakame in water to rehydrate, then drain.
In a pot, combine water, garlic, chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then add spinach and wakame. Simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add sesame oil and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds before serving.
