    • 2 tbsp dried wakame
    • 🥬 100g spinach
  • Seasonings

    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water according to the package instructions, then drain well.

Wash the spinach, wrap it loosely in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30–40 seconds. Rinse with cold water, squeeze out excess moisture, and cut into 5cm pieces.

Mix the seasonings (sugar, salt, soy sauce, and ground sesame) in a bowl. Add the wakame and spinach, then toss to combine.
