- 1 tsp sliced chili
STEPS
Cut off the spinach roots, wash thoroughly, and cut into 3cm pieces. Slice the garlic in half, remove the core, and crush with the side of a knife.
Pat dry the peeled shrimp to remove excess moisture.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook over medium heat until the shrimp changes color. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
