INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bunch spinach
- 🌽 3 tbsp whole corn
Pasta
- 🍝 160g penne pasta
Liquid
- 💧 As needed water
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 50g cream cheese
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- To taste black pepper
- 💧 50ml reserved pasta water
STEPS
Cut spinach and fresh salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot and cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 50ml of pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add salmon and sauté while breaking it apart. Once the salmon changes color, add spinach and corn, cooking until spinach wilts.
Add cream cheese, salt, pepper, and reserved pasta water to the pan. Stir until the cream cheese melts, then mix in the cooked penne pasta. Adjust seasoning and serve.
