    • 🥬 1 bag spinach
  • Meat

    • 170g luncheon meat (1/2 can)
  • Egg

    • 🥚 2 eggs
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 2 tsp soy sauce

Cut spinach into bite-sized pieces, place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with water and drain.

Cut luncheon meat into 1cm cubes. In a bowl, beat the eggs until mixed.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add luncheon meat, and stir-fry until browned. Add spinach and stir-fry together. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and mix well, then push to one side of the pan.

Pour the beaten eggs into the empty space in the pan and stir-fry until scrambled. Combine with the spinach mixture and stir-fry everything together.
