INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 bag of spinach
- 🍄 1 pack of king oyster mushrooms
Seasoning
- đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the spinach into 4 cm lengths. Slice the king oyster mushrooms in half lengthwise, then into thin diagonal slices.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the spinach and mushrooms, and boil for 1 minute. Drain well.
In a bowl, combine the boiled vegetables with grated garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and toasted sesame seeds. Mix well.
