INGREDIENTS
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 🥬 50g spinach
- đź§… 50g sliced onion
- 🍅 100g diced tomato
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- đź’§ 300ml water
STEPS
Prepare the spinach by trimming the roots, washing thoroughly, and cutting into 4cm pieces. Microwave for 30 seconds at 600W with 1 tbsp water, then cool and squeeze out excess water. Slice the onion thinly and dice the tomato into 1cm cubes.
In a pot, bring the water, salt, pepper, and chicken broth powder to a boil. Add the onion and tomato, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes. Add the spinach and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Pour the beaten egg into the pot, allowing it to set and become fluffy. Turn off the heat and gently stir.
