    • 🥬 1/2 bunch spinach
    • 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
  • Seasonings

    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
    • 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the spinach into 3cm pieces. Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half.

Place the spinach in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain well.

Place the enoki mushrooms in a separate microwave-safe container, add 1 tsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain well.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (salt, yuzu pepper, white sesame seeds, and sesame oil). Add the spinach and enoki mushrooms, and toss to combine.
