  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 100g spinach
  • Meat

    • 🥓 2 slices bacon
  • Eggs

    • 🥚 1 egg
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tsp grated ginger
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
  • Liquid

    • đź’§ 500ml water
  • Broth

    • 1 tsp bouillon granules
  • Thickener

    • 2 tsp cornstarch
    • đź’§ 1 tbsp water

STEPS

Cut the spinach into 2cm lengths and trim the roots.

Slice the bacon into thin strips.

In a pot, bring water and bouillon granules to a boil. Add salt, pepper, bacon, and grated ginger. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

Add spinach and cook for 1 minute.

Mix cornstarch with water and pour into the pot to thicken the soup.

Pour in the beaten egg and cook until the egg sets. Serve hot.
