INGREDIENTS

  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 1 bunch spinach
    • 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
  • Seasonings

    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
    • đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🌰 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Cut spinach into 4–5 cm lengths and julienne the carrot.

Place the spinach and carrot in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Cool under running water and squeeze out excess moisture.

Mix all seasonings (salt, chicken stock powder, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds) in a bowl.

Add the cooked vegetables to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
