INGREDIENTS

- 🍝 100-150g spaghetti
- đź§„ 6-7 cloves garlic
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🥬 4-5 stalks spinach
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- đź§‚ to taste coarse salt
STEPS
Boil water and add spaghetti with coarse salt. Cook for about 7 minutes, 1-2 minutes less than the package instructions.
While the spaghetti is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic and minced garlic.
When the garlic turns golden, add spinach and oyster sauce to the pan and stir-fry.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and stir-fry everything together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and finish by adding a bit of pasta water if necessary.
Plate the pasta, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle parsley flakes on top before serving.
