Boil water and add spaghetti with coarse salt. Cook for about 7 minutes, 1-2 minutes less than the package instructions.

While the spaghetti is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic and minced garlic.

When the garlic turns golden, add spinach and oyster sauce to the pan and stir-fry.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and stir-fry everything together.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, and finish by adding a bit of pasta water if necessary.
