INGREDIENTS

  • Rice

    • 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
  • Tuna

    • 🐟 1 can spicy tuna
  • Seaweed

    • Seaweed sheets as needed
  • Rice Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Tuna Mayo Seasoning

    • 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Prepare all ingredients.

Mix rice with gochujang, sugar, and sesame oil until evenly combined.

Drain oil from the spicy tuna using a sieve.

Combine drained tuna with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

Place 3 tbsp of seasoned rice on plastic wrap and flatten it.

Add 1 tbsp of tuna mayo mixture on top of the rice.
