Spicy Tofu Stir-fry with Broth

    • đź§… 1 green onion, chopped
    • 1 green chili pepper, sliced

    • 🍲 300g tofu, sliced

    • đź§‚ 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp plum syrup
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Broth

    • 1.5 cups kelp and anchovy stock

Slice 1/2 onion and layer it at the bottom of a pot.

Mix 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp plum syrup, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and the white part of 1 green onion (chopped) to create the seasoning.

Cut 300g tofu into 1cm thick pieces and layer them over the onion. Add half of the prepared seasoning on top.

Add another layer of tofu and spread the remaining seasoning evenly on top.

Pour 1.5 cups of kelp and anchovy stock into the pot and bring it to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer until the flavors are absorbed. Add the green part of 1 green onion and 1 sliced green chili pepper before serving.
