INGREDIENTS
Noodles and Vegetables
- 200g rice noodles (cooked)
- 🥬 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
- 🥕 1 carrot (julienned)
- 1 green chili (minced)
Sauces and Protein
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 🍗 100g chicken breast (stir-fried)
STEPS
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
Add minced green chili to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add shredded cabbage and julienned carrots, stir-frying for 2–3 minutes.
Add cooked rice noodles and chicken breast to the pan, seasoning with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vinegar.
