INGREDIENTS
Squid Stir-fry Ingredients
- 2 whole squids
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- đź§„ 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 bag of bean sprouts
- đź§… 1 whole onion
- A small amount of green onion
- 4 green chilies
STEPS
Clean the squid thoroughly using coarse salt or diluted flour, then rinse.
Boil water in a pan, add the squid, and blanch briefly. Remove and rinse under cold water.
Slice the squid into rings, and chop the onion and green onion into bite-sized pieces.
Mix soy sauce, chili powder, sesame oil, garlic, and 2 tbsp of corn syrup to create the marinade.
Add the squid to the marinade and coat evenly.
Stir-fry the marinated squid on high heat until partially cooked. Add green chilies and green onion.
Reduce the heat once the squid is cooked through.
Boil bean sprouts with a pinch of salt, rinse under cold water, and drain.
Add the prepared bean sprouts to the pan, mix well, and stir-fry briefly on high heat. Add 1 tbsp of corn syrup for extra flavor.
