    • 1 tsp spicy chili powder
    • 1 tsp mild chili powder
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp cooking wine
    • 1 tsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp corn syrup
    • A small amount of black pepper
    • A small amount of sesame seeds
    • A small amount of sesame oil

STEPS

Prepare vegetables: chop cabbage, slice onion, carrot, green chili, and green onion. Mince garlic.

Clean squid by removing the skin and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Mix sauce ingredients except sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper in a bowl.

Heat a wok or pan with 1–2 tbsp of cooking oil on high heat until hot.

Add squid to the pan and stir-fry quickly on high heat.

Add all vegetables to the pan and stir-fry together.

Reduce heat to low, add sauce, then increase to medium heat and stir-fry until evenly coated.

Turn off heat, add sesame oil and black pepper, and stir well.
