    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • đź§‚ 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • đź’§ 5 tbsp water
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • A pinch of sesame seeds

STEPS

Prepare the spicy sauce by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, mirin, and black pepper. Add finely chopped green chili to the sauce.

Chop all the vegetables (cabbage, onion, carrot, green onion, red chili) into bite-sized pieces.

Clean the squid by scrubbing with coarse salt and rinsing under running water. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a cold pan, stir-fry the green onion until aromatic. Add all vegetables except the red chili and stir-fry until almost cooked.

Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry briefly to coat it with oil.

Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry everything together.

Add 5 tbsp of water and continue stir-frying. Add the red chili and stir-fry briefly.

Finish by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
