    • 2 green chilies
    • 1 red chili
    • 2/3 stalk scallion

    • 4 tbsp gochujang
    • 4 tbsp chili powder
    • 4 tbsp olive oil
    • 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp ginger wine
    • 1 tsp black pepper

Slice the onion, green chili, red chili, and scallion. Roughly shred the cabbage.

Clean the squid thoroughly and blanch in boiling water until the surface turns white. Slice into bite-sized pieces.

In a pan, combine minced garlic, soy sauce, gochujang, chili powder, olive oil, sugar, ginger wine, and black pepper. Cook on high heat until it starts to boil, then reduce to medium heat.

Add the blanched squid and prepared vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry on high heat for 2 minutes.

Serve hot, optionally with boiled noodles or rice.
