    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp plum extract
    • đź§„ 0.5 tbsp minced garlic

Clean the squid thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Score the squid lightly to help the marinade absorb better.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, plum extract, minced garlic) to create the marinade.

Marinate the squid in the prepared sauce for 10 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables by chopping them into bite-sized pieces.

Heat a pan with olive oil and sauté 0.5 tbsp minced garlic. Add the prepared vegetables except for green onions and chilies, and stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the marinated squid to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.

Once the squid is cooked, lower the heat and add green onions and chilies. Stir gently to combine.

Serve the stir-fried squid hot with rice or as a side dish.
