- 🦑 1 large squid
- 🌱 1 handful blanched bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion
- 2 green chilies
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp regular red pepper powder
- 1 tsp spicy red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2/3 tbsp oyster sauce
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of black pepper
- A small amount of sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut vegetables into large pieces. Blanch bean sprouts for 2 minutes, rinse in cold water, and mix with a pinch of salt and a drop of sesame oil.
Clean the squid and cut into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the seasoning by mixing all seasoning ingredients.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil until hot. Add the squid and stir-fry over high heat.
When the squid starts to curl, add 1 tbsp minced garlic and stir-fry over high heat.
Add the prepared seasoning and mix well.
Add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry briefly.
Finish by adding sesame oil, black pepper, and sesame seeds. Stir briefly and serve.
