INGREDIENTS

- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Spices
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp miso
STEPS
Cut off the tough root of the shiitake mushrooms, separate the stem and cap, and dice them into 1cm cubes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ground pork, doubanjiang, grated ginger, and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until softened, then add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, miso) and mix well.
