INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 🧄 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 clove minced ginger
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- Sufficient amount of flour
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/4 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
STEPS
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan and cook the salmon fillets until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add red and yellow bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Mix sake, doubanjiang, vinegar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water in a bowl to create the sauce.
Return the salmon to the pan, pour the sauce over, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
