INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🐟 2 pieces of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 1/2 leek, sliced diagonally
- 1 pack of shimeji mushrooms
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang (chili bean paste)
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
STEPS
Slice the leek diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Add the salmon and cook until its color changes. Then, add the leek and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add soy sauce and doubanjiang to the pan and stir-fry to combine. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and mix well before serving.
