INGREDIENTS

- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced diagonally
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms, sliced diagonally
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
STEPS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and marinate with sake, salt, and pepper.
Slice the zucchini and king oyster mushrooms diagonally into 5mm thickness.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, doubanjiang) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork belly with grated garlic over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until softened, then add the zucchini and stir briefly. Pour in the sauce and mix well.
