INGREDIENTS

- 🐙 120g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g daikon, 5cm piece
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
STEPS
Slice the boiled octopus diagonally into 2cm wide pieces.
Cut the daikon into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 5mm thick pieces. Chop green onions into 3cm lengths.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the daikon until translucent.
Add the octopus to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasonings and cook until the liquid reduces. Add green onions and stir briefly.
