INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🐙 80g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch chives
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chives into 3cm lengths.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the bean sprouts over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Add the octopus and stir until well combined.
Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry to coat evenly. Finally, add the chives and stir briefly.
