- 210g ground pork
Nuts
- 🌰 1 handful crushed almonds
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp ginger plum wine
- đź§‚ A dash of black pepper
STEPS
Add ground pork to a pan with 1 tbsp ginger plum wine, a dash of black pepper, and a little oil. Stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add all the seasoning ingredients and crushed almonds to the pan. Stir in the gochujang and mix well.
Continue stir-frying until the pork is evenly coated with the seasoning.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
