INGREDIENTS
Glass Noodles Stir-fry Ingredients
- đź’§ 450ml water
- 200g glass noodles
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion
- 2 sheets fish cake
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- đź’§ 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp dashida (Korean beef stock powder)
STEPS
Mix all seasoning ingredients together to make the sauce.
Boil 450ml water and add the prepared sauce.
Add 2 sheets of fish cake, cut into desired sizes.
Slice 1/2 stalk of green onion and add to the pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add 200g soaked glass noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
