    • 1 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the fish cakes into bite-sized pieces.

Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the green onion to make scallion oil.

Add the fish cakes to the pan and stir-fry until they absorb the scallion aroma.

Add 5 tbsp water, 1 tbsp red pepper powder, and the chopped onion. Stir-fry well.

Add another 5 tbsp water and the seasoning (2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp corn syrup, 1 tbsp sesame oil). Stir-fry until the fish cakes are tender.

Cook until the liquid evaporates and the fish cakes are well-coated. Serve hot.
