STEPS
Wash the fernbrake (gosari) thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Prepare minced garlic and chopped green onion.
In a large bowl, mix the fernbrake with minced garlic, chopped green onion, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, perilla oil, salt, and sesame seeds.
Place the seasoned fernbrake in a pan, add 100 ml of water, and stir-fry on medium heat for about 10 minutes until the water is absorbed.
